"Terrible business and customer service. I had paid for a Groupon for 20 external windows to be cleaned on my home. They no showed me twice. First time he (Kreg) forgot so I decided to give him another chance. The second time, I called 3 times after he never showed at the promised time. He then texts me back 30 minutes later and said he couldn't come because the temperature was too hot and air quality is bad. Which I understand, but he didn't text me to tell me this until after he was scheduled to be at my house. I refunded my Groupon and will never use this company based on thenlack of professionalism and reliability. Buyer beware. Not dependable or reliable at all."
