"***** BE ADVISED MILITARY SERVICE MEMEBERS ***** I dropped off my Army Service Uniform (jacket, dress shirt, trouser) to be dry cleaned last Friday and picked them up today…. Came to realize that my gold trouser braid is covered all over in blue smudges…. Instead of apologizing, he immediately said it’s not his fault and blamed the pants. This trouser was issued when I went through basic training and never had issues at other dry cleaning businesses. He said if I go buy another gold trouser braid he will sew it for me…. He thinks those braids are cheap. He still asked me to pay full service with no reimbursement. No accountability for his poor job but blamed the trouser. First and last time with this business. Not recommending to anyone."
