"Worst experience with a business ever. Our home is less than 2 years old and they came out to clean windows. When they left there was a crack in a window that was NOT there prior to them removing our window to clean. The owner denied it and said he has been in business for 30 years and this has never happened. When his son came to look at the crack, he told my husband that if it was there when they were cleaning the windows they would inform us and not clean the windows. Minutes after they left I looked at all the windows and there was a crack. The owner denied that it was them. There is no other explanation than when they took the window out and put it back it cracked it. I am so disappointed that a business would not take responsibility for some thing like this because if you were a customer service-based business, you would take responsibility and help the customer. I would never recommend this company and am disappointed as a military family that has had their windows cleaned in several states and never have had such poor customer service.I would look elsewhere for window washing service."
