"I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had such a terrible experience with this place that I feel compelled to share my experience with others. In fact, it was the worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had in my life. I was in town for a wedding. I was a bridesmaid, and my pleated navy blue dress had some wrinkles from being folded up in a suitcase. Although not too noticeable, I still wanted to get the wrinkles steamed out so that I felt super confident in the dress. I purposely chose this dry cleaner because the reviews were pretty good. I dropped my dress off on a Tuesday - I made it very clear to the woman at the desk that I wanted the wrinkles steamed out, and I pointed to them. NOT the pleats, I said. Just the stray wrinkles. She said of course, we would never iron out pleats. And she said the dress would be ready for pickup Thursday. I went back Thursday and had a complete meltdown upon seeing my dress. They literally ironed out ALL of the pleats. I started crying - this was INSANE. Why would anyone iron out pleats?? They quickly got me on the phone with the owner, and I explained the situation. All I wanted was the wrinkles to be steamed out, not the pleats to be ironed out. She asked me what she would like them to do, and I said iron back in every single pleat. The wedding was Saturday, so I needed the dress Friday (the next day). She said “we will try our best” - which made me furious because it was their fault in the first place. Anyway, I came back the next day (Friday). They ironed back all of the pleats, thank god - but left black marks from the iron. Luckily my dress was dark navy so the black spots weren’t that noticeable, but I was shocked that they were returning the dress in this state. The owner was there, and when I pointed out the black marks, she said they would have to dry clean the dress - which would take out all the pleats - and then iron the pleats back in. She said they had already spent hours that very morning ironing back all the pleats. The owner made me feel as if the black marks were my fault, when they clearly weren’t - it was a new dress! And from the beginning, the owner made me feel like it was my miscommunication which had caused the whole pleats ordeal in the first place. The woman who originally accepted my dress on Tuesday was not there Thursday or Friday - making me suspicious that she knew something had gone wrong. If you care about your clothing, do NOT go to this place. The whole situation was extremely stressful and cost me over $200 in Ubers. The owner ended by saying “tell you what, we won’t charge you” - umm, NO KIDDING! I would never pay for this type of service. If anything, she should pay me for the Uber rides I had to take going back and forth a total of 6 times."

"I was astounded at the fabulous job they did at cleaning my old,worn, patched, yet still useable Carhart Jacket. It was pretty dirty. I wear it while doing physical, dirty work outdoors. It wasn't just dirt from laying on the ground while changing the oil in my truck, it also included manure stains, stains from handling wet firewood, digging dirt and rocks, and just overall schmutz.They said they'd do their best to get it clean. Well, they did. Other than it's faded, you'd never know it was the same jacket as the one I'd brought in. It was ready for pickup two days after I'd turned it in, and their price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Super Cleaners in Lacey and will definitely use them again."

"This place saved my butt! I put off getting a suit jacket into two days before a wedding, so I had to get it and my pants dry cleaned the day before. I called Every place in Olympia and Lacey, and these folks were the only ones willing to squeeze me in. I picked my clothes up the next morning and everything was looking great. All the gunk on the pants were gone, creases looking good, and not too stiff like I've seen elsewhere. Thanks a lot!"

"Very disappointed. The jacket I took in to have the sleeves shortened was ruined by their workmanship. When I took it in I asked if they could finish the sleeves to look like the original. They said yes. It is not wearable and I am out $130.00. Not happy!"
