"Went with my bosses husband to return a cart that came broken and as soon as we walked in the door they already knew exactly what was wrong with it and where it was broken, even though it was still in the box and my boss had bought it in Monroe. And then they charged my bosses husband an extra .70 cents to exchange for a new cart because they said the taxes are higher at the everett store."
"They have no issue invading privacy to an intolerable degree in the restrooms. I witnessed a female employee peering at me through the crack in the stall door. Embarrassingly, I hung my jacket on the hook located on the stall door to somewhat block their gaze while I finished relieving myself. And lo and behold, she makes a point to switch to the other crack located on the other side of the door and continue making full eye contact with me while I am still sitting on the toilet, using it for it's exact purpose and nothing more. This was extremely traumatic for me, as I already have an anxiety disorder. This incident happened to me almost a year ago and I am still haunted by the women's behavior. By the way, I admit I got pretty upset with the employee and vocalized this to her while quickly finishing up in the stall. When I went to wash up in the sinks she was already outside the restroom calling EPD on me! That is just straight up disgusting. Don't worry, nowadays the station refuses to let you bring any tolietries in the bathroom, even a bag of tampons and they have a male security guard waiting just outside with everyone's belongings on a table. Personally, I find this demeaning,"
"This is a nice clean station.I just wish that Everett Transit would share the station with Community Transit to help make our entire transit system easier for the people who actually ride it and rely on it to do their daily life."
