Northshore Christian Academy

"I’m the parent of a student that left a really bad review. What my daughter didn’t realize is there are parents who aren’t Christian who send their children to the school. They have no Christian values taught to them before coming to Northshore Christian academy. I believe it can infect the school environment with negativity my daughter saw at school just like our society. Some Christians don’t follow God’s guidance. The teachers as well as the administrators are amazing and committed to making sure students feel welcomed at the school. I am so proud of the Christian education my daughters received at Northshore Christian academy. One of my daughters had a couple of issues with learning. Her first grade teacher was able to see that my daughter needed specialized skills. We put her in the tutoring program at Northshore. In 2019, my daughter graduated high school with honors."

"Early learning center experience is so far great. Their system is very organized, communication is good, instructors/staff are compassionate, and the center itself is very clean. The staff are engaged with the students/parents and the environment is very appealing to go to (not just the physical aspect but everyone is also so warm and kind). I feel very blessed to have my child to be involved with Northshore Christian Academy, and this is just the beginning for us."

"This was a previously overall positive yet critical review, but after some careful consideration I've realized my conflict with the school's discipline system is actually with the person who lied to get me in trouble rather than the school itself. Although I felt like more effort could have been put in in the discipline system at the time, I understand that the administration isn't omniscient and that there are many factors they have to consider. I had an overall very positive experience with this school and I highly recommend it. It's also worth mentioning that the staff has completely changed in the years since my graduation and any problems that I thought I had with administration (which I now realize I didn't) wouldn't be relevant anymore. My previous review was critical, but not accurate due to emotion clouding my judgement. I have many strong Christian friendships that I made at this school as well as good Christian mentors who served to teach me. As a former student with 6 years of experience at the school and growing up in the same church and community, I wouldn't have rather gone anywhere else."

"This school is amazing. We have our three children enrolled. Our oldest has been there since Pre K. To say the teachers, staff and principals care about the students just doesn't explain it enough. Our family has been so well cared for. Our youngest is needing some extra support and we have had no trouble finding it. This place truly has our children's best interests at heart. Not to mention the outstanding academics. As the children approach middle school, the school really tries to help pinpoint each student's strengths and help them grow and develop these areas. Our children have been challenged academically, but supported along the way to achieve their goals. We have been so impressed by the love and support of NCA. We highly recommend this school to anyone considering private education. We are so thankful that a school like this exists so close to home."

"We have had our three children go through Northshore over the past 8 years. Northshore has become a pillar of our children's lives. As parents we found ourselves counting our blessings that we found Northshore. The leadership and faculty are dedicated to the kids both in their academic and personal development. Add in parents that are very involved and you have a culture that encouraged our children to thrive. As a private school they are able to offer excellent STEM programs along with music and the arts. We will forever be grateful to Northshore for the loving, amazing experience they provided for our children."
