"I’ve been to my share of pawnshops in the past when I needed some money for an emergency and usually I feel a little out of place and not treated very well in fact treated quite poorly. Well not here. When I first walked in I was bummed because I had an emergency come up and I had to hawk my beautiful guitar for the money. Well, I’ve never done business with them before and they didn’t know me from Adam and it is their policy not to loan the kind of money I needed to a person they haven’t done business with before, but it was important to me so they made it important to them. They asked me a few questions to try to get to know me a little bit, plus I did have a guitar that was worth something so they lent me the money and I was able to take care of my little emergency and a couple weeks later I was able to pay them back. All the people in there were great. They all made me feel very comfortable. But big giant kudos to Rick. This guy totally bent over backwards to help me out. And not only that he took great care of my guitar. That’s what I was really worried about. I didn’t want that in anybody else’s possession, but seriously they made me feel so comfortable that they were going to take care of it, and they did. Rick really knows what he's doing. He really knows how to treat people and he has great people skills. I really felt like he had my back and I really think he did. All the people there are great. They had some really cool things to buy there too and I’m gonna go back. When I get some extra money to spend I’m going to do some shopping there. I’ve already bought a guitar from them. It’s a really great store. Thank you so much Rick for taking care of my stuff And taking care of me. And thanks for loaning me the money it really helped me out, so I’ll see you guys again. "Don’t ever buy a pressure washer from here. They don’t have a way to test the water portion Bought one and as soon as it’s turned on the water connection to the the handle shot off and whacked me in the leg. I bought the insurance policy but what a waste of time. And if they tell you they test them they lie told me they have you bring a bucket of water to test them when they buy them…at most they test the motor. Also their guns are priced more than they cost brand new at least on the few I glanced at and look like total junk"
