"While the store and pharmacy staff are great, the Rite Aid corporate phone system is atrocious. Regardless of which of the multiple phone menus you use, any of the options to speak with the pharmacist either return you to the previous menu or respond that the pharmacy is currently closed-which it currently isn't. I feel bad for the staff who work hard for a company that couldn't give two licks for decent customer service. Best to visit in person, inconvenient enough for me to move my prescriptions to CVS or Walgreens."

"used to such a reliable pharmacy, but the past few years it’s gone downhill. the quoted time for a prescription to be refilled is never accurate, and it’s become common practice for me to have to call (if they actually pick up the phone) and ask when my refills will be ready, because that’s the only way they’ll get filled somewhat on time. i had to do that just this morning on a refill i sent in 3 days ago that still isn’t ready. i understand there is a pharmacist shortage, but it more so seems like they’ve become complacent. the staff themselves are great, but that’s not what i go to rite aid for."

"Cashier doesn't know how to do their job properly, super rude from the get go when I called preceding my doordash order and super rude and in conclusion with zero empathy. I was polite the entire call. Entitled much? Made me waste 50% off an order from doordash. Boo. Occured at 6:30 pm jan 24th"

"***** I wish the pharmacy had its own section to review. Haddish the pharmacist who dispatched me almost threw the receipt at me. He seemed to be in a very bad mood. Very bad experience. ****** Convenient location, ample parking. You can find a wide variety of products and fill your prescriptions. I love checking their decorations for the holidays and their one dollar isle. Seriously, the one dollar section is awesome. The staff is usually friendly and the store is never crowded. I also like there's a glacier water machine outside to fill up my water containers."
