We were never told this but yet it turned into protecting their reputation rather than helping our dog."

"My family and I have been bringing our dogs here for years and have really enjoyed the care they provided our animals until the last couple(bringing them since they were puppies and now they are senior dogs). Recently it has become extremely apparent that the staff is either incompetent or just simply doesn’t care about what they are doing. When I called to schedule an appointment for one of my dogs the receptionist was completely unprofessional and simply sounded as if she could care less about what she was doing. Additionally, the doctors/assistants in the back don’t seem to care either as they would always bring concerns to our attention about our animals but would always state, “it’s honestly nothing to worry about and should be fine,” come to find out from another doctor at another pet hospital that something should have been done way sooner for our pet. Last time I brought one of my dogs in they claimed they did bloodwork when they actually didn’t. There were no results on my pets profile and the bandage didn’t even have the smallest drop of blood on it indicating that they took blood in the first place. Sad to see that this place is taking a turn for the worst because my family truly trusted the people that took care of our animals but now we wouldn’t even trust them with a bug."
