"I wish I knew the doctor and techs names. But they were amazing. My GSD is always nervous and afraid, but they took their time with him. Both were super soft spoken and patient and I think that made my boy extra comfortable. They both took their time to listen to us and answer all questions. We’ve been to several vets throughout the years and this is the only one we’ve actually felt 100% comfortable with. They allowed us to stay in the room with him which helped the situation tremendously. The fact that our boy left with significantly less anxiety is a huge change. Can’t wait to continue his care here!"
"Really enjoy going here. All providers and staff we've encountered have always been incredibly friendly, understanding, and professional. It is very evident that the people here want to help the animals they're caring for and aren't judgmental at all about pushing a particular treatment plan or lack thereof on you. The only thing that's a bit frustrating is the appointment process, but it a military vet office and that part runs about as smoothly as any other one I've used is. The prices here are SO much better than off base, so for me it's worth the frustration of having to call a few times to get a sick call appointment and to drive all the way to base since I don't actually live particularly close. We've used them on and off for over 10 years. The were great to work with when dealing with an OCONUS PCS and very kind with my elderly dogs."
