"The rooms were excellent. Absolutely no complaints about the property. Customer service could use some help. I stopped by the front desk 3 separate times with no employee present. I spent 15-20 minutes waiting and nobody showed up. I attempted to call their desk number which gets redirected to a call center that instructed me to see front desk."

"Very poor service, I was quoted a price online a while back. Not sure how I got a retiree rate of $106. Through our work system it was $109.00. A rip off at the front desk he not only changed it to $119.00 without reconsidering the misunderstanding. Very rude person. Almost stayed there not worth my bad moment. Shameful they take advantage of military on their rates, when online ahead of time it was lower not by much. I would have had to pay the difference since I was only authorized $112.00 per night."

"We stayed here for a little over 3 months and had an excellent experience. I am very thankful for our time at this location & to all of the staff for looking out for us. We also looked forward to the social nights on Wednesdays with Marilou. And to name a few front desk staff - Michael, Quineka, Abby, and more! I wish there was a bigger way to show our gratitude to everyone, because everybody played a part, but just have to say thank you for everything."

"I would like to say that everything was great but, to be honest, (1) some breakfast items ran out halfway through breakfast hours and the whole meal started shutting-down before the posted end of breakfast hours; and (2) housekeeping was nearly existent. Part of the reason was due to cancellation of service on Thanksgiving but even the supposed full service that was supposed to be provided on (only) one day a week. We stayed two full weeks and got one linen change. No doubt we could have gotten service if we had asked, but you shouldn't have to ask to get scheduled service."
