"I called the shop on a Saturday and they told me they wouldn't be able to obtain the glass for my vehicle until Monday. However, they offered to keep my car in their shop (for no cost) until they could fix it. I ended up leaving my car at a different garage but the offer was a good option. I was communicating with a gentleman named Rolando (tambien habla español) and he walked me through the simple process of how they can go to my car's location, even though it was at a parking garage, he would try to fix it in the garage if possible. I ended up just having to park my car right outside the parking garage and left Rolando with my car for about an hour and fifteen minutes. No hassle, simple, windows look like new and work perfectly fine now. Rolando was communicative, helpful, and professional. This man even WORKED IN THE RAIN Rolando also cleaned up and vacuumed all the glass that had shattered into the inside of my car. Just a heads up, the address on here (north Magnolia) is where they dispatch from, if you want to leave your car in their shop, or just go directly to their shop for a fix, that is in Everett.
