"Terrible customer service, On 04/02/22; I couldn’t imagine worse experience without even having service done. 1. One they pick up their phone they don’t say anything (except noises on the background) when you say hello they hang up on you. 2. If you call back several times they would send you to voicemail after the first ring. When they answer they hang up on you mid sentence. Finally, with a organization simply does have customer service ethic. I wouldn’t trust them with my devices. I’m glad I wasn’t able to spend my money which probably end up worse than how it come in. For that along they deserve a thank you"
