"My windows were busted out at 5am. It was pricey to get replaced but they were able to have someone come out same day and replace my windows within 5 hours. The people I spoke to on th3 phone are always very nice and helpful."

"If I could I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. Jessica, the individual who answers the phone at the Tacoma location, is highly unprofessional. We have been in an ongoing struggle with this company for over a month. They replaced the windshield on my car and ruined the fuse, which caused my windshield wipers to stop working and the windshield is lifting on one side. We have called multiple locations to resolve the issues, instead they block our numbers. Today I spoke to Jessica and instead of allowing me to speak to her higher up, she disconnected the call. It’s pretty pathetic to see a multi location established company treat their customers poorly. We paid $935 for an incredibly poor job and will have to pay someone else to fix an added issue caused by this company. I would never recommend this company"
