"I highly recommend Whidbey AV. Called for a consult as I was experiencing the audio wasn’t syncing up with the video when streaming. Thought maybe my ancient plasma which otherwise works fine was not able to keep up with all the bandwidth and in need of replacement. Tech (on time as promised) suggested to ditch the Amazon Fire Stick and get an Apple TV gizmo which has a jack for an Ethernet cable allowing a direct connection and not the wireless Fire stick hanging off an HDMI outlet on the back of the display. That did the trick and I’m back to uninterrupted streaming and the classic crisp resolution of the plasma display. Many thx!"
