I bought the house in the last year and David and Michael came out to assess the health of the Mitsubishi mini split system that came with the house. The units were inspected and serviced and they did a great job. In addition, I had an Alexa-ready/smartphone-app hardware module installed on the living room unit and it works great and is now programmable and on a schedule that offers a lot of options and a good interface (Kumo Cloud). He was incredibly responsive, informative, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through all my options and explained everything in a clear and understandable manner. They were willing to replace my heat pump to enable my house to have 4-splits. Everybody else I talked to recommendrd getting a whole new single split unit and stacking that on top of my current unit. It was also estimated to be a few thousand dollars more expensive. The installation crew that DVAC sent was top-notch. They were not only super quick but also remarkably non-intrusive during the installation process. The job they did was impressively clean, leaving no mess behind. Now, a month later, I'm delighted to report that the unit is still working perfectly.
