"They repaired multiple holes in my Arc'Teryx Beta AR jacket with patches and fixed a tension lock on my Osprey backpack which required stitching in 3 weeks time. Very happy with the quality and I'm back to using my gear again. Highly recommend!"
"So thankful for this place! I have had a specific Big Agnes tent model for years that they don’t sell anymore. Rainy Pass was able to help me get repairs done professionally so I can use it for many more seasons to come. Poles were restrung and a couple patches made I am so happy with their work. Highly highly recommend!"
"Expert tailors and repair gurus of technical gear and much loved outdoor gear. I sent in an older jacket. A much loved Jacket. The chest pocket was thermally sealed to the fabric. That glue failed. I needed the chest pocket reattached. I sent in the paperwork and photos for repair estimate, agreed and shipped my jacket. In the shipping time, I realized the other pockets were done the same way, and emailed to see if they could combine it all, though quoted and had a job number already. They really paid attention to detail, were great in email communication. They understood exactly my intentions, added the second part of the job (original pocket - plus two pockets) then they came up with the best way to sew the pockets on, and they shipped it back in the very box I sent it in!! The job was well done. It was a bit of money, near half was shipping back and forth across the country, but the cost in dollars is nothing compared to me passing this much loved coat to my kid. I would not hesitate to send another complicated item in for Rainy Pass to take care of. The only downside of them fixing my jacket so that I can give it to my kid...is...I'm cold now. He is very warm, and every day he wears that jacket, he rubs it and says "I love this Jacket. It's perfect.""
"I have used Rainy Pass to repair 2 winter garments. The second repair proved to be tricky. They took the extra time to see that my Mammut jacket zipper replacement was completed and functioning properly. They repaired some stitching in addition to the zipper work and did the job promptly. They could not been easier to deal. I can't stay enough about Rainy Pass Repair."
"Rainy Pass Repair did a great job repairing my ultralight tent zipper after it broke during a backpacking trip. I'm so glad that I was referred to this business because otherwise I would have had to buy a new tent (and the old one would have ended up in a landfill). Sustainable, affordable, convenient, and speedy!"
