"I don't often do reviews, but sometimes a business does such a spectacular job at providing service, it's important to let other people know about it. They have done this for me not once, but twice. Nine years ago, my laptop computer blew up at the absolute worst time possible - a few days before a major event at work. Microlynx put together a new desktop computer to my specifications and migrated the data from my old dead computer to my new one. They salvaged a desperate situation. The system worked great for a long time. Unfortunately, the CPU fan went out a few weeks ago, and Microlynx saved the day once again. I dropped off my dead computer and two days later I had a new system that was far superior in every way to the old one. In addition, for a reasonable fee, they transferred everything over from the old computer to the new, so I didn't have to spend hours doing that myself. I really appreciated their fast, efficient service. Thank you!"

"These guys are amazing. I'd been having some performance and crashing issues with my PC, and I took it in for a diagnostic. Roy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what may or may not have been the problem, and was open and up front with me regarding approximate cost. They kept it for about 36 hours, with both Roy and Keith giving it the time it needed, and after I got it home and running, it was about as good as when I first bought it a few years ago. Definitely recommend coming here, especially if you're a bit less knowledgeable about the inner workings of PCs. It was worth the price I paid to have professionals do what they do best."

"I just left my favorite computer place here in Gig Harbor-Microlynx. I have been going to Microlynx for over 30 years. Roy Parkison built our very first computer way back then. It is a huge relief to have someone that you can rely on for computer work. I am not a technological person and the great guys at Microlynx are the most patient people when I come in trying to describe just what is going on as I have the computer panic look on my face. Roy can always bring a smile to my face. Their service is excellent and timely. I was there today because in the last update on my Mac the trackpad options was moved and somehow the ability to highlight things was turned off-very frustrating for me. I tried to fix it myself and of course I had to call the shop. I took my Mac in and Keith and Roy knew exactly what had happened and they fixed it within 5 minutes. We normally take our computers in for yearly maintenance but when there is a computer emergency they are wonderful for taking care of my Mac especially in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them (and have done this) to anyone."
