"A simple transmission fix gone so wrong. I left my vehicle to be inspected. Received a phone call with a breakdown of everything needed. When I came back to pick up my car they charged over $1,400 in extra charges that I didn't authorize and were not related to the repairs discussed. They would not release my car until I paid for the unauthorized charges. Absolutely do not recommend."

Furthermore, Stroh's always made time for me even when they were busy. EX: I was driving on HW-16 when the Banks System started acting up. I pulled over, called the shop, and they had me come right over. They fixed it immediately and didn't charge me a thing. When it came time to sell my dad's truck, Eric made a very generous offer, took care of all the details, and personally drove me home to North Tacoma afterward. Now, I ask you: Why would an automotive shop buy a vehicle they repaired and serviced for years, unless they had full confidence in the quality of their work? They wouldn't."
