"I used them for to long then finally dumped them they don't know how to do much.i had a pump problem the pump was using to many amps binding up. I eventually found out they could not figure it out they first told me it was the actuator or whatever it is called that measures the depth of the water so I replaced it ,it didn't help then they said it was the computer like board in the box changed that it wasn't that either. I had no idea that they have no real knowledge I called electrician and it was the pump , i replaced that and it worked properly I called them to pump septic and they only pumped the water side of the tank and also never logged the pumping with the health dept. When they knew I fired them they wrote a incorrect survey of system saying I was overfull and the lids needed replacing and reported it to health dept.who then told me I had to replace everything or would be fined I would recommend you never use this company. They are dishonest in my opinion and not to be trusted"

"My husband and I are beyond impressed with AllCounty’s superb customer service and obvious knowledge and expertise of their work. Our interaction with them was amazing from start to finish. We initially interfaced with them as they do our yearly septic maintenance check. We enjoy that there is no scheduling, they automatically come out. We recently encountered some back up in our showers and sinks so we started by emailing AllCounty in the afternoon. My husband received a response immediately that they would try to fit us in next morning. I received a call the next morning from Hercules as promised and he has a very welcoming and friendly disposition. He explained the process very well and wanted to see if they had permission to fix what they believed the issue to be and the price. Bryan came out to our house and again was incredibly friendly and helpful, we went through troubleshooting the issue together. Even though it turned out to be a plumbing issue, he cleaned up some things and gave us great pointers on how to continue to keep our septic system healthy and referred me to their preferred plumbing specialist. "Total waste of time and money. This company was great a year or two ago but not anymore. It's nearly impossible to reach anyone during their "business hours". Voice mail messages are not returned. The "techs" that finally came out to fix our overflowing pump tank charged us $750 for doing next to nothing. Within one month our pump tank overflowed again and it was due to the check valve that they installed and charged us $750 for! I contacted AllCounty and sent them pictures to document their error and I heard NOTHING in return. They just took our money and ran. My recommendation is to call someone else with your septic issues because they don't care."

Anytime I've had to call in to the office, they've been friendly and helpful. They send your invoice via email and it's super easy to pay online. Their rates are competitive."
