"The customer service and the workmanship at Kingston Collision are top-notch. Everyone is pleasant to talk to, helpful, and knowledgeable. Starting with the front desk, Evelyn guides you through the entire process. I was having difficulty with my claim; she took the baton and ran with it. I did not have to do any work from that point on, because Evelyn made the paperwork a breeze. She also kept in contact to let me know what was going on. Stacy did the estimate for the damage. His estimate was spot on, and he took all the right pictures to submit with the claim. Finally the workmanship. Brad and the rest of the crew have done work for me on a classic car previously, and I liked their workmanship so much I came back. The fit and finish are excellent; you can't tell between new paint and original. And that's the point, it's like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them."
