"Great place to take your pet for boarding! They are very professional, and you could tell the dogs were very well cared for. If you are thinking about taking your dog somewhere to stay - this is the place. Also I didn’t have to worry about my dog escaping and having to deal with that drama and stress! The prices were not the cheapest, but the people caring for our animals really care for them and want to take care of them."
"I made two appointments here after navigating through their horrible designed app. My first appointment was scheduled and then cancelled with 1 day notice. It was automatically rescheduled for THEIR next available that didn't work with my calendar. I called THEM to find a time that worked for me. That next appointment was 10 weeks out. Great, got it on my calendar (Wednesday, Jan 24, 2024). Today I got a text my appointment was cancelled b/c the groomer was on vacation and they moved me to February 12th (I am not available that day). I am PISSED, my poor pup needs a groom and their lack of planning and customer service sucks. This place must not need my business as they don't provide any customer service or care that I schedule my dog for a groom every 10 weeks and plan my day around dropping/picking up my pet. I told them to delete my file and I'm going back to Dapper Dog as they don't cancel my appointment without a phone call. I won't give this place another chance with my business."
"I've been bringing my dog here for boarding and grooming for about a year now. He seems to like being here and playing with the other dogs. They always do a great job grooming him. I like that he isn't crated at night, but has a large kennel instead. There are few oddities because it is a prison, but they're easy enough to deal with."
"Our Lab LOVES staying overnight! She always comes home happy and exhausted. Friendly staff, great service and amazing program!!!"
"I was referred to Prison Pet Partnership by a trusted family friend when I was searching for a boarding kennel that would take my older than six month old intact Mastador. Not only has the boarding been outstanding in terms of care provided for my pup but I have also sent my dog through their board and train program. They did an incredible job with my boy and I couldn't be more pleased with the program, the knowledge and experience of the people working with my dog, and the coaching they provided directly to me. I went back a week after the two week board and train program for a refresher lesson with my dog and it tickled me to no end that as soon as he saw the woman who did the majority of his training he made a beeline for her, tail almost wagging itself off his body. I also believe that the women who are selected to work with the dogs are receiving a beautifully enriching experience. Though I initially found Prison Pet Partnership because they were one of the few places that would take an intact dog over six months, I absolutely plan to continue using them for all of my boarding and training needs even after my dog has been neutered."
