"Dishonest Lying Bully!!! Drilled 250+’ past a usable water source. Charged me 20k over what should have been billed. Lyle then lies and tells me I told him to keep drilling, because I didn’t want a holding tank. Yeah why would anyone choose $20k of drilling over a $1200. holding tank. When I originally met Lyle I told him I did care if it had a 5000 gallon tank, just get me any water. He then sued for breach of contract. Lyle was the only one that breached the contract, in several ways. DO NOT USE COOLWATER DRILLING,"

"The company responded quickly and was able to repair the well in just over 24 hours. However, I am concerned with their process as they replaced every part in the system to do so. Meaning, they replaced the control box but that didn't fix it, then replaced the well pump which did not fix it, then finally replacing the main power wire to pump finally fix it. I never once saw a volt meter for testing any components and was told ohms tests are not always accurate and replacing parts was their process of repairing it. Their process added up to over a $11,000 bill, but I was lucky insurance covered it. Had insurance not covered it I would of been on the hook. Good luck."

"Great service! I am glad I called Coolwater Drilling when our water stopped pumping from our well. They quickly got the pump back up and running but warned the pump was showing it’s age. When we scheduled for a replacement they were on time and ready to go. Turns out the pump was 30 years old! Glad to have running water and confidence in the new system they put in to replace the old one."
