"Last week, late at night, we discovered that our septic was backing up into our downstairs bathroom and laundry room. My husband and I called around to about 10 different plumbers and septic companies, desperately trying to find someone to help us. Tyler with Sewer Surgeon answered the phone and said he'd be there within the hour. At midnight he was digging in the backyard trying to diagnose the problem. He stayed until he figured it out (it was a clog vs the septic tank being full) and got everything flowing again. Pipe was fixed, hole was filled in, our anxiety was relieved. Very reasonable pricing for a middle of the night visit. I highly recommend him. He's our Go To from now on. Thank you Tyler!!!!"
