"Quick and prompt service, I went in to locate the store and had an appointment the next day, but the service technician told he could replace my S10 right now....only to give him an hour. I left and came back approximately 45 minutes later, and the phone was ready. I forgot to ask if they gave veterans or senior discounts, but final cost was acceptable....compared to UbreakIt....will return again."
"Amazing and friendly customer service, super quick and no-fuss, very reasonable prices. I had a cracked screen and they fixed it under an hour. They also do camera removals! Will be recommending them in the future :)"
"I brought my kids iPad in because the charger broke off inside. They fixed it in 5 minutes and sent me on my way. Super kind and helped me out. Will definitely return and recommend!"
"Easy to make an appointment online. Was quickly greeted when I walked in the door. In less than 2 hours the battery was replaced on my iPhone. I was able to run errands during the wait time. Price was relatively reasonable. Good customer service."
"Edit: The owner of CPR contacted me to offer a refund of the 86 dollars, which is kind of them. I accepted and am happy to change my review in accordance. I do think that CPR cell phone repair could do with changing their business model a bit: instead of charging a "diagnosis" fee, why not offer flat rates on certain kinds of repairs? And also why not take some good business pointers from the "Drivesavers" company they are always recommending to their customers? If a service or repair is unable to be successfully effected or especially if damage is caused by a service person (like it was in my case), why would it make sense to still charge the person? CPR isn't unique in the repair world for this business model but does that mean its good business? Most repair people I know of wouldn't charge for a failed repair or charge if nothing could be done. Bill (a top notch mechanic) at Harlow Auto repair in East Bremerton for example would just straight up tell you when a repair couldn't be done, and he wouldn't try to charge you some extra fee for your trouble. Straight up honesty straightforwardness (what a good repair person should exemplify) which are two of the things that define a good and honest business. CPR cell phone repair needs to stand out from the crowd if it wants to be as successful as it could be ...... (Original review) I was recommended to CPR Phone Repair of Silverdale by multiple coworkers and friends and was expecting a good experience. I was disappointed. They damaged the back glass of the s20 ultra I brought in to have repaired but still found it appropriate to charge me 86 dollars for their "time" in doing their "diagnosis". It originally had a tiny bit of damage in the corner but when I received it back (still unrepaired mind you) there was an extensive amount of cracks and damage across the entire back glass and sides from the damage done to it by the ones who were diagnosing it. I was and am reasonably upset about this and even called to request at the very least a partial refund. 86 dollars is not an appropriate amount to charge when you cause further damage to an item you are supposed to be going about repairing. I was offered a back screen replacement but I really just wanted at the very least a partial refund. They only had my phone for 20-30 minutes when they called to tell me there was nothing that they could do to get it to turn on again, that part of it was reasonable enough, but damage was clearly done during the diagnosis as I have already stated. To put all this in perspective, take this example: If I took my car to a car mechanic to have it diagnosed, it is not appropriate to be charged (at least not in full) when serious damage is done to it by the same mechanic who was supposed to be attempting to repair it. Out of courtesy I decided to call to give CPR a chance to make good on their mistakes before I was going to be calling my bank. They only offered to replace the back glass but to be frank I don't really think I would want to bring my phone there again after the damage that was already done. I just wanted CPR to do the right thing. I have never in my life had to do a charge back with my bank but in this case it was apparently my only option. I have been with my bank for over 20 years by the way, and have never had to do a charge back. I told the lady on the phone that I was going to be doing a charge back and she strangely told me "you're welcome to try". I do strongly believe that the bank is going to be taking my side on this and frankly find it very strange that CPR phone repair is willing to do bad business like this."
