Costco Tire Service Center

"I wish they would staff better. I thought buying tires with the warranty would be a good investment. However, I got a screw in my tire, and I’m here for the 3rd time. 1st time took 3 hours for them to put air in and say to come back if the sensor comes on again. 2nd time, it took 4.5 hours for them to tell me they have to order a tire from Warranty and they will call me when it arrives. Third time I had an appointment after my tire arrived and it took another 2 hours. The staff was very prompt and friendly, but Costco:, THERE’S NOT ENOUGH OF THEM! They need help"

"Went in for a simple tire pressure sensor change. Made appt over the phone and paid in full before service. 2 almost 3 hours later, I go to check on my car. Work is not done. Tpm sensor still faulty. Told to be on my way and they should have never taken my appointment. Um what? So I ask why and they said I don't need it to be changed when my system clearly shows it's faulty and broken. So they yell at me, refund my $ and hands me a new sensor in a box and tells me to have a good day. It's like I was in the Twilight Zone. Went to speak with manager and then to Gig Harbor Costco, they verified that tpms is broken and changed it for me free of charge for the trouble. I don't think I will be going back to that Costco for really anything."

"Good tires, good prices. Quoted wait time is 1hour 15 minutes and that’s when they finally take the wheels off. Ridiculous wait time. Going back to Les Schwab."

"These guys were fantastic and very accommodating. I was getting all seasons put on my sports car and they took their time with the removal of my low profile summer tires leaving the wheels in perfect condition. They gave me all the info I asked for, bagged up and measured the tread on the old tires, and were ok with me lurking around and observing the install. Was in and out in about 90-120 minutes. Staff was all incredibly kind. Thanks guys!"

"My tire pressure was pretty low so I went to go give them some air, nitrogen actually (indicated by the green cap). I called ahead to see if they had an available appointment slot. Turns out the nitrogen is self service and very easy to use which is great! It’s located right outside the tire center bay doors in the parking lot. Also it’s free to use for Costco members."
