"I brought my car in for AC repairs in April 2023 because they advertised a quicker turnaround than competitors in the area. Was told I needed my radiator replaced along with the compressor. I had to move out of state before discovering my AC still doesn’t work. John will text me from time to time asking if I needed work done because he has some spots be really needs to fill. I take the time to text back and mention how my AC doesn’t work and he doesn’t directly address it. I’m out of state now and not sure what else to do. Also, they didn’t tell me they had no way of accepting card payments until the work was done so I paid cash. Too much money spent for nothing to work."

"Our car was towed late afternoon to the wrench place. John was waiting for the car as I called him and explained what happened. He was very kind and helpful. I talked to him the next day and he explained what the car has and how long it will take them to fix. We also talked about warranty and how much everything will be. He responded to all my calls and always replied with a respectful voice. Our car was returned 2 days after it was towed there, with the receipt and warranty paperwork."

"My experience was great with John and his team. I went in for a brake check and ended up getting the back rotors and pads replaced. John was thorough, provided pics, and didn't force me into anything. The work was done within a couple of hours and so far so good on driving. John also provided me with a free oil change."

"I had a very great experience here. I dropped off my truck Wednesday evening and I had it back by 12 on Sunday with a new transmission. They really helped me out here and got me back on the road super quick and at a great price. The transmission shifts like butter and the truck runs better than ever."

"NO STARS EARNED! How this place is still in business I will never understand. Our car was towed to The Wrench, only because we were unable to take it to the dealer to get it fixed, on April 13, 2023. We were told we needed a new engine. We paid the entire $9,000 up front in full, not long after. It is now December 1, 2023 (233 days later) and our car is still in their shop on the lift, torn apart, but not fixed. We have been lied to so many times it is ridiculous. Finally we told John (owner) on November 2, 2023 to have the car ready in a week for us to tow it out of there. He waited until the day of removal (11/8/2023) to bring the lift down only to discover the lift is "stuck" about a foot off the ground. It remains "stuck" on the lift 24 days later and he is in no hurry to remove it. On April 20, 2023 we were told they were broken into and all the car keys were stolen so we had to give them our only other set which are extremely expensive to replace. We have filed complaints with the BBB and are going to take him to court to get our car and money back. We are not the only ones that have experienced these problems. Check out the BBB reviews and go somewhere else."
