"We were hit by the big ice and snow storm in the PNW. While their customer service was great, I would not recommend them for future service. They are incredibly expensive but will not provide a pricing break down for their parts or labor. I have never experienced this with any other company I have ever hired. I have worked in property management for over 10 years in many states across the country and have never experienced this type of non-transparency. I will not call on them for any future services."

"I had maintenance done on my well pump and tank. Wade came out and checked everything. He recommended I change the pressure tank because it was old and waterlogged. He called the next morning with an estimate and they were able to schedule the next day! Omar and Hunter changed everything out and did a really good job installing it. The floor was sinking where the old tank was sitting, so he put a piece of wood that I had on top of the soft wood and placed the tank on top. Looks pretty solid! Omar did great work! I will be using Mather & Sons for future services."

"First, and most importantly, they did a good job and were efficient. They use quality products. It would be five stars, but for one thing. My issue is that there was no transparency on the pricing. The one that did the initial diagnosis gave me an estimate for replacing the pump and pressure tank. He gave me the high number over the phone and said that could come down based on the difficulty and material requirements of the job. To me that means they charge an hourly labor rate, and the price changes based on how long it actually takes, a time and materials calculation. When they handed me the bill, it was just a list of parts and a unit of labor, with no prices on any of the items, for the total of the high estimate. I called the office and asked how they calculate parts and labor, and why this one cost the highest estimate. No real answer. But, they did get back to me the next day and adjusted the bill so that I was satisfied. I would just suggest that they make it more clear with customers how they calculate estimates, and how that works when it comes to a final bill."

"07/05:2023 I took my well pump in and Rick tested the pump and it tested good. I then asked for an appointment for a tech to come out. Rick was able to come out that afternoon and within a couple of minutes diagnosed the problem. We now have our water back!!! Thanks Mather Pump co and Rick for his knowledge and professionalism. Call these guys if you need a local friendly helpful hand.!!"

"I needed my well inspected, I completed a comprehensive review on 7 Well Drilling companies that provided this service. I knew their were issues with my Well however, not having the expertise I knew I would rely on the company of choice. After I completed multiple Well Drilling Website requests for service & explanation of my Well issues which each company asked to be completed only 1 of the 7 companies got back to me “Mather & Sons”. There front office team was Excellent, Sonny Terry was wonderful everything you would expect from a top company & more. Sonny scheduled my inspection it was a few weeks out do to the tremendous workload they were under the fact summer was ending and the rains were coming posed challenges on soggy property, Mather was able to get to me days earlier, after a comprehensive Well service they knew exactly what needed to be done. Two of the finest technicians ended up getting my Well in top performance they were excellent, educated me on every step, went beyond my expectation and they back up there work it’s no wonder why they are the best at what they do."
