"This is the worst place I've ever had to deal with. Bought a life time warranty alignment. Great idea... bad idea with this company or location. Everytime I take it in it's taken 3 to 4 hours with an apt. Today was no different. First they said I didn't have an apt. I had to prove to them I called and made apt. Then they said they'd have to work me in. Not until I became very angry at the horrible customer service did they finally get me in...and the manager said he'd move me to front of line..but the service person said I had to be put at the end and worked in. I had to get the manager back out there to tell the service mechanic when to do his job. Honestly I do not trust them or there work. Save your life from added stress and go somewhere else. It's been a nightmare the 4 or 5 times I've gone in. That's not what I signed up for nor does anyone need that kind of horrible customer service. By the way the alignment itself took 30 minutes. Just proved again what horrible customer I had in the past and today. There's more to this story about the lies I caught them in. Please go somewhere else"
