"I was recommended to this company by my husband's boss, so I thought it would be a good deal. Lyle came over the house and measured and I thought he was going to do a good job. NOT! First of all, it took almost a year for the work to even start. Set me up with twice the amount of power needed for my home. It's like a windstorm in the house! TOTAL OVERKILL! The first time I used it, water poured down my walls onto my hanging artwork and down to my hardwood floor! Apparently, the installer just duct taped the hose together in the unit and did not connect it properly. Thank God I was home at the time and heard the water splash down on the floor. After I complained about the excessive power he said he would trade one of the units for a lower power unit... a couple of months later he said no. I call that a lie!!! Yeah...I have A/C now, like a freezer! It chills my house in about 5 minutes, then I have to either shut it off, or wear a sweater, while it's 100° outside. So, we were charged twice the amount for what we needed, and once they got our money... NOT HAPPY. NOT NOT NOT!!! WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!"
