"This place is a disaster from the top down. Scheduled an appointment on their website to have my phone fixed. Drove 30 mins to arrive on time. Spoke with a young black guy and a Hispanic girl (wannabe manager). Once I arrived I noticed my appointment was next on the screen. After I spoke with the Geek Squad they said they didn't have the parts they needed to fix it. They told me to contact Samsung. I told them I did and they sent me to this best buy and then they replied that this "wasn't our fault, Samsung didn't send us the parts we need". When I asked why they allowed online scheduling for this repair and asked why I wasn't told ahead of time, they responded that this wasn't their fault either. Save your time by avoiding this location and go to a store that's actually managed by people who know what their doing."

"My computer battery died then it stopped turning on just two days before a 6:15 am flight for a week in CA. I needed to have a working computer but the ones we wanted to buy were out of stock. The Geed Squad took good care of us. Richard assured me he could work in the timeframe. Ben gave me updates and got it ready to go on time. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable."
"I went to the Best Buy store and to the Geek Squad desk where I was met by Daniel Corpus. My IPAD email had been hacked and my email account was not performing properly. I explained the behavior and in less that 15 minutes Daniel had diagnosed the problem, repaired it and had me on my way.
