"Called Proline looking for someone to detect an underground water main leak. She said that they had someone with detection equipment who could find my leak and made me an appointment. 6 days later, a Proline service person showed up with no equipment or intention to find the leak. He just gave me an estimate for their leak detection person to come out and charged me $130 for his service call. I called Proline and requested a refund because I did not get the leak detection service I requested. The lady said she would listen to the phone call, talk to someone who could authorize a refund and call me back. Never heard anything back. They obviously don't intend to make any corrections. I called a real leak detection service."

"The Proline workers that came out to see what I needed to fix my water problem were very up front with me that it would take more than a band aid and that they would bring the system up to code. They were proactive and considerate. They cleaned up and did everything exactly as they said it needed and stayed within the quoted price. We are very happy and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for a job well done when other company's said it was too much work."

"Good after hours service. However, we had several tub and shower valve bodies replaced previously. That being said, when I pay for after hours service and request to have another valve body replaced for a tub that will not shut off, I expect not to be charged a "diagnostic fee". The job was to replace the valve body. We already knew the valve bodies were severely worn. It felt a little like a money grab."

"I do not leave many reviews, however, I needed to leave this review to warn anyone interested in hiring Proline plumbing. I had a technician to come out to look at a hot water heater that was covered under warranty. It was obviously not functioning properly and after doing a couple tests he said that there was nothing wrong with it and then I got charged $150. Hi Then called another plumber, who figured out on the phone within two minutes Explaining the issues I was having. Within literally two minutes of speaking wiith this plumber, he told me my lines may be crossed based on the things I told him. And Walla they were. It was a simple and easy fix. Proline plumber was at my place for 45 minutes with the water heater right in front of him and couldn’t figure it out. he even told me that my hot water heater 40 gallons, would only produce a few minutes of hot water. And he suggested I get a on demand system. It would’ve ended up costing me thousands of dollars to do this. Now my hot water heater is working perfectly and I’m getting endless hot water for 20+. I reached out to Proline to ask for a refund or or for the guys to come out and fix it for me and they would not. The customer service was awful. All I got was a rude email. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys at all costs."
