"It was an emergency of my own making and a Saturday to boot. Jeremy came within 40 minutes, which was good. He was able to fix my attempt at replacing a toilet intake valve in less time than that. I was appraised that the cost for an emergency visit was $250. I understood that. What I find problematic is what the other $250 was (especially using some of my own parts). My attempt to get some sort of itemized bill have been in vain. Plus, I could not put it on a credit card but had to write a check that had a negative impact on the month’s cash flow (4 overdraft fees as of this writing). Frustrating."
