"I’m currently trying to work with Superior. At times they’ve been great. But overall, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. The worst part is that they came highly recommended from a friend. We had water damage during 2023’s ice storm and we still have walls missing and can’t use one of our bathrooms nearly a year later. To be fair, we’ve had an additional leak due to the most recent ice storm in 2024, but there’s no excuse for the delay. We’re simply not a priority to Superior. When addressing our complaints, the project manager tried to blame us for not paying for part of the project. However, we never received an invoice, still have no idea how much they want us to pay, nor did they tell us that any payment was due. They’ve also claimed that their mitigation people were coming out to do moisture readings, but no one ever showed. Communication is not their strong suit. We’d love to get this project completed and move on, but unfortunately Superior doesn’t seem capable of wrapping things up."

In our brand-new home, our laundry room is located upstairs, featuring a laundry tub without an overflow valve, which I regrettably discovered the hard way. "Superior is Great! the technicians showed up at 2 am and helped us get the water out of our house. They worked hand and hand with our insurance company and our house looks better than before the damage happened. Side note our dog ran out the door and they ran after him and brought him back to us.
