"Facilty and staff were very nice. Vet techs were very knowledgeable and caring. They gave us thorough information and full access to our pet while she was under there care. The vet tech assistant went out of her way to make sure our pet was comfortable with her kennel set up and allowed us to put things in there she was familiar with. Although it ended up being end of life they were very caring and sensitive right until the end as we held our pet as she slowly past."
"As soon as we walled through the door, we were taken care of, all the right questions were asked and we were treated so nicely. We came in because we thought both of our puppies ate chocolate, but only our oldest boy did. The staff there was so empathetic, kind, and reassuring. They carefully explained the toxicity level of chocolate for a boy his size,(3oz) and since he ate about 23oz, things could be bumpy. The at home care instructions were clear, very easy to follow, and gave us the opportunity to keep our boy home with us. Thank you, for doing everything you could for my baby. P.s. they are both doing just fine!"
"Taking your pet (my dog in this situation) to the emergency vet is a "no other choice" situation for me. My dog was very sick and needed immediate help - if I hadn't brought my dog in he would have died sooner than later. Dr Hetrick and the entire ER staff (the vet tech and front desk help) were on point. Dr Hetrick was professional, facts based, explained the likely cause of my dog's illness and consulted with me so I could make the best decision in a stressful situation without feeling pushed into racking up an already pricey vet bill. It was a responsible and caring consult that while - any ER vet visit is expensive (you know that going in) - would have been much worse anywhere else. And, my dog is healing very well because of the care from Dr Hetrick. We could only make decisions at the time based on probabilities - there were no guarantees. Owning a pet never provides guarantees, mostly when you arrive at the ER. And Dr Hetrick knows more than me, and my dog and I were in his care. This vet clinic and Dr Hetrick did their job exceptionally well in my experience (we've had a few ER vet visits in our many years of pet ownership). Thank you from a devoted pet parent."
"My sweet old girl got in a dog fight and I had no idea what to do. It wasn’t like it was super “emergent” but I knew that she was in pain and had some wounds. I made the hour drive and I am so happy I did. They were so loving and caring of her and it made my heart happy knowing she was in good hands. After telling them I lived an hour away they were so accommodating with getting her fixed up right away even though they were busy."
"It’s great they let you wait at home until they’re ready for you. The office is very clean and modern; I commented while I was there that it looks nicer than the actual ER. The staff was very polite and professional. The cost was as expected. I hope to NOT need emergency care for my fur baby ever again. But if I do, I will certainly be bringing him back here."
