I find this to be rare. They also miraculously answer the phone. Just answering the phone, doing what you say you will do, calling us fleet owners back, and doing quality work is really all you have to do. But for some reason that is too hard for most shops. Not FMI. If you own any Hino or Isuzu products, I can recommend the MLK location for service. Thanks for keeping us on the road."
