"I have used Big Rig for 7 years . Recently I made a call to have 5 units glass replaced. They were on it first 3 on the same day and the 2 remaining the next day. The problem isn’t the response time, not really the cost either , even though I found the glass less expensive else where. The problem is the lack of communication! No one called and said we will be coming out in ______? You might sit around for say 5 hours and wait or not. You may find two guys driving around a private lot “ looking” for trucks with busted windows! These weren’t busted they were pitted . Two young guys with no respect to the customer. “ sorry dude” was the response when I asked why no one called! Phone number to Big Rig has been erased from my contacts . There are other companies to call."
