"Extremely poor customer service. I own a cabinet shop and need my saw blades in top notch condition. I had a saw blade that I thought was questionable. I ask them to look the blade over to see if it was still ok. When I got the saw blade back from them I was informed that everything was good. While trying out the newly sharpened blade it would make a curved cut!!??? I set a straight edge across the blade to notice it was not flat, but cupped! When I informed the OWNER of the company, I was treated rudely and told to not come back. No worries, I won't!"
