I ask why such a big difference in price. He told me that was the standard cost for a service. I told him I didn't ask for a service. He said that's what his boss said to charge and gave me the bill. What a rip off."

"Ordered a heat pump and waited 3 weeks for it. Called back to check on progress and I was told it wasn't ordered because I didn't accept a quote they had given me on a different job. Poor business practice, especially for a small town. Another company in town was happy to replace my heat pump quickly and without question."
