"Miadonna has won my jewelry business for life. I had a few hiccups and they repeatedly made it right. I purchased my wedding ring (the vintage goddess ring) and they did not have the stone in stock that I chose and purchased. I think someone else purchased it at the same time I did online. Anyway, they emailed and called me, contacting me right away after purchase to let me know about what happened. They resolved the issue by issuing a better quality stone that was slightly larger free of charge. Wow. Second, I bought my ring days before a promotion which bummed me out when I found out. They decided to include me in the promo as a customer service gesture. Because of this excellent customer service response I decided to purchase again through Miadonna for my bridesmaids jewelry. I saw something online that I liked that was of dubious quality. I showed them a reference and they were able to work something out that was similar, within my budget, and with AA stones. I can't wait to see the emerald earrings I purchased. If you can, choose to partner with Justine or Hannah. They bent over backward THREE different times to provide outstanding customer service. Both women were very easy to work with, non verbose (unlike myself lol), concise and solution orientated. They didn't waste a moment of my time either, as their responses were very timely. I will purchase through Miadonna again, thanks to Justine and Hannah. Thank you ladies. You've really helped make my wedding special for myself and my bridesmaids. "My husband purchased my full set from Miadonna after my sister in law got engaged with a MiaDonna ring. I loved the company’s mission and for me the affordability and quality. I have been married once before and got a ring from a well known jewelry store with nothing more than problems. I wanted something that was beautiful, ethically made and that gave me the look I was hoping for. I wanted to do away with the societal construct of it must be a “mined diamond” to be “good enough”. My hubby was comfortable and happy with his purchase process. I recently had to have a stone replaced due to discoloration. We chose a set with diamond hybrid stones. And this can be a thing. But my ring had large stones and the price for replacement was just 120$ for a 1/4 carat I believe. It was a side stone. I am fully comfortable with the upkeep of a ring. I’ve had it for two years and this just came up. I have a 2 carat center stone and it’s maintained it radiance. We set a quick drop off appointment and told them I wanted it replaced and it was done in less than a week. They re-dipped my gold also. It is as beautiful as the day I got it.
