He was very understanding and helped me change my payment dates and even waived the fee for processing the phone payment and refunded the returned check fee. "Spoke with George to pay off my loan. He was very courteous and professional. My only gripe is the website and not being able to setup auto payments. I was told I would be able to do it online and for the life of the loan I never was able to get it set up. I also don't like that I have to call customer service to look at credit karma to see my payment balance."

I needed a little help this month and asked for a deferment of 1 payment, so I wouldn't get behind and they told me because I had made all my payments perfectly that I did not qualify. The best they could do was offer me a 27.00 break. Yea and people wonder why so many people are in the hole right now, it's because companies like them won't help out ANYONE.
