"Usually I have a great time on the phone when paying my bill at united. I spoke with a lady by the name of Loren at auburn branch who was rude as heck when speaking to me. Made me feel lower then her because I was asking for a partial payment(which I didn’t know they don’t do). Usually I’m not one to complain but The way she talked to me hurt. I asked for her hr number or whoever I could speak to about her behavior but she said they usually don’t answer and didn’t give me a number. She must have woken on the wrong side of the bed. Peace and love."
