"Went in to sell 1.5 sets of diamond earrings previously bought from Kay Jewelers ( lost one of them), they took them behind a wall where we could barely see them. After a few minutes they returned and offered $90 total because they said they won’t take any silver jewelry , but the singular earring was white gold so they would take that one. We declined and left, once we got back in the car, we noticed the white gold earring was gone. We came back and asked for it back, when an older lady’s face turned red and started accusing us of trying to pull something and kicked us out of the store. We called the cops and they couldn’t do anything about it since we left the parking lot. Never go here, they will steal any of your EXPENSIVE jewelry."

"Very good pawn shop! Very fast service, will let you look and handle pretty much any item in store as needed. I got my current computer from them and Have no regrets! Staff and Management are always friendly and willing to haggle a bargain if you're polite. In-Store gold testing, and they can call experts for documentation of things as well! Only gripe is that they do tend to upsell quite a bit, or try to get you to sort of "quick buy" things, but that's normal business practice to be quite honest. All and all staff are helpful, quick, efficient. Solid place there!"

"If I could rate a zero I would. A manager there doesn’t know how to act professional. Rising her voice saying she can just not sell me an Item, thinking and assuming I don’t have the money. Worst customer service ever. Just cause I came in with a lady that can’t afford to pay for the item that she lost. Automatically I get label like that lady. In the end I got the money and Item still have to be sold to me! Hopefully that manager person learn her lesson that don’t judge a person or anyone and be professional to everyone regardless of the situation especially it’s a business. I wouldn’t want to be having any further business with this location ever again."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. The lady sat behind her desk for a good 10 minutes before she decided to get up to help the multiple people waiting. So I get up there. You can tell by her face she didn't want to help me. I tell her I wasn't selling my items and would be back for them and as soon as I put one of my items down she says that it looks to brand new and because I put it back in the original box that she couldn't take it with out the receipt. Like ma'am you never even looked at it. Just tells me she wasn't trying to help me. Which is fine, I didn't want to pawn them in the first place. Never again."

"Half of the staff don't want to do their job. The manager is cool and another worker but the rest just don't care. I can walk in and get one person and they would accept everything I have and walk it the next day with exactly same stuff and the person that time will deny it all. There is no consistency here"
