"Within 16 hours of me calling about build up of water in my crawlspace, they had a technician on site to look at it. They were very transparent about pricing beforehand, and what different services could cost--which I appreciated. After their tech went into my crawlspace to assess (which they did free of charge) he concluded there was nothing required of them, and a licensed plumber could install sump pump. Jason explained the problem, how it happened, and Sarah contacted an electrician--was a great communicator--kept me informed. This company is incredibly responsive, professional, honest--I will definitely use them if issues arise in the future."
"Fantastic! Lance was a huge help when it came to my water emergency. I recently had a spill and was worried about water damage. He was prompt and courteous. Along with pulling and drying out my carpet and padding, he explained how mold works! I will definitely be reaching out to him again. As a first time homeowner, I'm glad that I can count on 911-DRY as a resource!"
"These guys are terrible. The technician sent to repair sub floor did a horrendous job. The sheets had giant gaps along the perimeter, to the point where you could visibly see dirt from the crawl space between the gaps. They also did not properly block between joists. The work done ended up having to be pulled up and re done because of the lack of care and quality From the carpenter. Also the management is terrible. I would highly recommend looking for another company. It’s sad to see this happen to hard working people, it’s not right."
"I can second Judy Anderson’s experience. We were flood victims in November. Lance and his crew were great about getting out there and assessing the damage and getting equipment for drying out set up however that’s about where the good experience ends. They left their equipment in our home for about 3 weeks. They were not responsive with regard to when they were coming out again, what the costs would be, when we could begin the rebuilding phase or even when they would take their equipment back. We felt pushed into agreeing to unnecessary work to mitigate the water damage, which ended up being minimal after seeking a second and then third opinion just to be sure. All in all they charged us $2,800 for about 45 minutes of their time when we were assured, in writing that the charges would not exceed $1,000. When we finally got an invoice from them (after asking for, again, 3 additional weeks without a response) we attempted to contact them via phone call and email regarding this discrepancy. We still, going on 4 weeks now since the email regarding the bill sent to us, have yet to hear from them."
"We bought a house last August out in Birch Bay which turned out to have extensive water issues under it. Lance negotiated with the insurance company on our behalf. However once he was paid to do the work, we had no further work done except for his company pulling out all the floors and plumbing. I believe he is holding us house hostage. There has been no work done on our home to rebuild it as promised. Having been told our floors were on order, he didn't bother to go ahead with other repairs. We have no floors, bathroom or HVAC. Our house is UNLIVEABLE. Now with the north county area floods, we are getting "stacked" again. All we get are excuses from this company that the flood victims are now first in line for service. We have patiently waited since August to move into our new house, only to find we can't as it's torn up and a construction zone. Whenever we try to communicate with them, we get promises of work to start, but no action. Lance and his team will promise you everything, fill you with false hope and then not follow through. It's been almost 6 months since we started this nightmare with 911-dry. When are they going to finish our house? We're senior ladies and have lost our lease options to stay where we are. There ARE other people (than the flood victims), who need help and have hired you in good faith. Unless you have time, patience and lots of money, I'd pass this company by and hire someone else who can do your project in a timely manner. Come on Lance. Finish our house!!"
