"Seems like only one person is working. Manager is on the phone at the back of the bank and hides from helping. I had a rather difficult situation with some deposits. Some woman I guess who was helping out started to assist me but decided it was too much and help everyone else around me and left me sitting for an hour. A nice lady noticed me and asked if I need help. Her name is Kuh and she started and helped me all the way through. I told the manager who is glued to her phone that Kuh is great but she looked like she didn’t want to be bothered when I told her Kuh is awesome. Don’t come to work if you don’t want to be there! I will only come if Kuh is there."
