"The worst pawn shop in the chain. They go out of their way not to serve you. Closed for lunch at 4:30, both employees close the entire store to take lunch together. There are possibly more employees hiding in the back. Meanwhile customers trying to pay, run late for work, school and other obligations. Standing in the freezing cold while you see the employees inside doing nothing, trying to avoid eye contact. Everytime I come to this store employees hide in the back and play NOT IT. Getting my stuff today so I will never have to return. Gotta spend 1 whole hour in the car waiting first!"

"The main issue I have with my experience here is how the staff acts and assumes the customer will get upset if/when they tell the customer the value of the item that they brought in is worthless. From having another staff member come out the back to insert their 2 cents that's not needed to the conversation, to the raising of the voice, and the constant repeating of "Sorry! There's nothing I can do with this!" Like...once is enough. The ridicule and shame tactics they put on potential customers is sad. It is discouraging because not everyone knows how capitalism works or the value of things. I would say, do better. People are already discouraged having to pawn things they have a bond with that holds precious memories and to scold them when they've done nothing worthy of the mistreatment they've received is absolutely disgusting. That's the behavior that turns good people bad. Just because you've had a few rude customers does not mean you can justify it by taking it out on others."

"I had an item here before so I decided to take it in again . The new Management said That they couldn’t find the price point also that because my score is low they can’t loan on it and that is risky . I have been a customer for a longtime and seen my low balling in this industry but they are really are not worth the try especially when the item been here before and I got the loan respectively without any uncomfortable feeling . Brenda which is the new manager for this location need more guidelines as to what you can do for you clients especially you are new and making judgments without merit . In my case I think Was wrong but I’m leaving this comment here to help you make the right choice don’t waste your time. I would have left sooner but I gave them the time and let them make a decision on and item that is $2300 and wanted to give me $500 come on that is a rip off and you know it the lower the loan the interest is higher and of course they make there money not happy with your service."
