"This place is full of scammers, they told my mom to purchase warranty with the ring she purchased in case she wanted to return it. When we tried to return it, one of the guys said they didn’t have the cash to refund and to come back tomorrow. My mom came back that following day only to find these sleazy people telling her that she changed the diamond and they wouldn’t refund her. These soulless people have no morals. If you buy from here prepared to be scammed."

"The pawn shop has inconsistent pricing on the items they purchase. I sold dvds on Monday for a buck and was told to bring in the others I had in storage and they would purchase them from me as well. I dug a box out of storage and brought them in. Now I'll only get a dime. What? Tell me one thing yet unwilling to honor the offer they made. Called bait and switch. Terrible customer service/business tactic in my opinion. They have got thousands of dollars.from me over the years in value of unredeemed treasures of mine unfortunately for me. Being the same Corp has almost A monopoly of local pawn stores now customers have little choice either take it or leave it. I doubt I'll go out of my way to do business at this location again. Never should customer service treat customers like they did me. Feel like they exploit the down trodden and employees revel in their imagined superiority."
