"I've purchased 3 rings here. Every. Single. One. Was damaged. $350+ for an emerald and diamond ring and the emerald was cracked. $350 for a ruby and pearl ring and the rubies were cracked. Finally a $280 ruby ring; it was cracked and chipped. The worst part is they don't accept refunds."
