"I went in the have my watch sized where I was met by Theron truly a great employee and was super helpful, but unfortunately while he was sizing my watch I tried to inquire about having a custom ring made with a Mrs nina (older lady grey hair) and upon asking her questions about the process and what the possibilities were she was rude , unwelcoming and definitely not helpful by any means, when your prepared to spend +500 or more don’t come to her for help I truly hope management reads this and has her retake a customer service course I ended up finding another jeweler who was helpful and spent 450 with them instead"
