"I've purchased 3 rings here. Every. Single. One. Was damaged. $350+ for an emerald and diamond ring and the emerald was cracked. $350 for a ruby and pearl ring and the rubies were cracked. Finally a $280 ruby ring; it was cracked and chipped. The worst part is they don't accept refunds."

"I brought them my Rolex in December of 2018. It wasnt ticking. They said they had to order a part from the manufacturer. While I was waiting I lost my job, and had some financial issues. The last thing i thought about was my rolex. Finally back on my feet and moving I came across my claim ticket. Went in today july 7th 2020. They still had it. Not only did they still have it.
